Guy said the amp had no output in his car..
He took the amp out and hooked it up in a friends car said amp still had no output..
Then hooked it up in a 3rd car still no output..
I have it on the bench and it plays perfectly fine for an 1hr i pushed on various places on the board ect and never got it to shut off or protect amp played fine..
Any ideas?

I have nothing on this amp specifically. It could be similar to other amps. Photos may help. When you ask for help with an amp, you should post at least one photo of the entire board.
It doesn't look familiar. In the future, crop the image to leave just the amp or turn the camera so that the amp completely fills the frame (best fit to frame).
Heres a better pic of the board..
I got the amp to power up and produce clean audio on the bench didnt do anything to the amp it just powerd up and played fine..
Problem im having is in a car the amp will turn on and play but as soon as you increase the gain at all or bass boost the amp will go into protection mode..
It was hooked up in 2 diferent cars and the setups were different so a diffenet sub and head unit amp still protects after trying to increase the gain..
Just wondering if anyone had a similar problem or know of any good place to start looking on this amp??

Is the problem due to the output level driven to the speakers or are you saying that there is a problem with the bass and gain controls?
If you reduce the number of speakers or otherwise increase the load impedance, does it shut down at precisely the same point on the volume control (leaving gain and bass boost at precisely the same point)?

In one car it was hooked up to 2 10" subs at a 2 ohm
Load and about 1/2 gain the amp would protect..
In the next car it was hooked up to 1 15" sub at a 4 ohm load and when it was turned up to the same point 1/2 gain the amp would protect ..
At lower gain where the amp doesn't protect the amp has low output

Ok I called him and asked him again so disregard the last post..
He said the amp runs fine at a 4 or 2 ohm load..
If he runs the amp at a 1 ohm load that's when it starts protecting on him ..
He had 2 10" subs at a 1 ohm load. And it protects and then 2 15" subs at a 1 ohm load and it protects..
Amp says it's a 1 ohm stable but if you try to run it at a 1 ohm load it protects ..
It runs perfectly fine at a 4 or 2 ohm load

Since the problem only happens at a 1 ohm load in you honest opinion. Do you think something may be wring with the amp or do you think it's the subwoofers ?
What's the voltage at the amp's power terminals? 1200w out is well over 100A current draw.
A 15' run of 4 gauge with 120A load (and accounting for battery sag to 11.5v) you wind up with 10.8v at the amp. To continue to put out 1200w it'll draw even more current at 10.8v. Just something to think about.

Have a question for Perry,
I called ARC and explained what the amp was doing..
The said the protection circuit is controlled by the microprocessor
And that the amp needs to be sent back to them to recalibrate the bias and protection circuit ..
I see there is pots on the board guessing 1 is for bias and one maybe for DC off set
Wondering if this is something I could do or would it be better to send it back to them

Can you post clean, close-up photos of the pots and an area of about 5"x5" around the pots?
If you don't have enough light for you camera to do it tonight, take it outside tomorrow (under diffused sunlight, not direct sunlight) and take them.

Just took some pics of the areas
I will post them up in 5 to 10 mins after I resize and crop them

If it takes 5+ minutes, you need better software. Irfanview is free. Open image. To step through images, roll mousewheel. To crop, drag rectangle, hit ctrl-y and save with a modified name. To resize, ctrl-r. Select from the sizes in the list or enter the dimensions (choosing to keep aspect ratio) and save.
If you download it, opt-out of all of the garbage software that's included with some versions.
