How many speakers have you build "from scratch" in your life?
Are dB, Ohm's, TSP, impedance, resonance, Henry, Farrad, Bessel, Butterworth and LW your daily bread? How many experience do you have in measuring speakers? What gear do you have? Do you know there are no universal x-over and you can not simply calculate an x-over?
A passive 3-way is a very complicated animal. A 2-way is doable with some experience and a lot of time. A 3-way makes the process about 10 times more complicated.
Get a nice plan, collect exactly the parts from it, stick to the instructions and don't get creative. Work in furniture building quality. That is your best and probably only way to a well sounding speaker.
Are you a suporter of the "any idiot can do it" movement?
