By electrical circuit analysis, could anybody perform this to find the value of Cz without using formula involving Le, but using frequency point of rising impedance instead?

The link provided in #21 is a good conclusion for capacitor calculation. I've spent time with it for a while and found that the relationship of C and f in that formula related to an 'impedance curve' such that f is the frequency where impedance (approximately) starts to rise. Anyway, I'm also searching for the relationship between 'frequency response' and C. Does anybody has any clues on this?
