Here is an e-mail I received from fdegrove. Since he was banned, he cannot post it here, yet I believe we should allow him express his feelings about what happened. That's why I make this post:cop:

>Open letter to DiyAudioforum:

Gentlemen,

DEMOCRACY.
Bernhard,

All your posts regarding myself as a person and your expression of opinion will be handed over to my attorneys as per Wednesday December the 4th.

Allow me please to offer my sincerest apology to you , the forum and all its' members.
Never did I intend to cause the forum any damage nor mischief.
The ongoing incidents with Dice45 and his personal attacks brought me to overreact and post this message on the forum.
It was meant to make him think twice before he got personal with me once again.
Rest assured I did not take any legal action against the forum (never even crossed my mind) neither did I intend to take legal action against Bernhard Kistner as a person.
It was simply meant as a serious warning against his behaviour both as a moderator for the forum and even more so as a person.

All who know me at the forum will know about this soon enough and I don't think any of them will appreciate this action. If legal action from me on this is necessary to preserve democratic rights to all members I will not hesitate to undertake the necessary steps.

Once again, sorry if you understood this as a threat meant against the forum,it was not.I am however fully aware it can be interpreted as such.I do not consider the forum accountable for the unfortunate incident between Mr.Kistner and myself.

I hereby offer my personal apologies to him and hope he will stay a forum member and contribute as he did in the past.

You are free to publish this apology on the forum or use it for whatever purpose you see best fit.

Sincerely yours,

Frank De Grove.
