What would I use them for with respect to audio? The switching frequency seems to be 22.5 kHz which makes them kinda useless for anything but something like 100 Hz or am I missing something?

The MOSFET ones run at 250Khz, the IGBT at 22.5Khz, obviously the later should be confined to subwoofer use. Why? Do you have a tweeter that can handle 10KW? I figure the IGBT model to drive four 18" subs in series/parallel, assuming the 18s could handle the 800W per driver 1500W peak that this module can deliver.
