want to export the LT spice circuit to Altium is there any intermediate software to do it?

That would be useful, but from its inception the EDA industry has been plagued by incompatibility between file formats from different publishers.

At best, an LTSpice netlist would only get you to a schematic diagram in Altium (or any other PCB design suite), since LTSpice models don't include any information about package styles.

Moving in the other direction, I believe that SOME PCB design tools can create a SPICE-compatible netlist, which LTSpice can read and simulate - though I don't know if LTSpice can create a graphical schematic representation from the netlist.
