I have really enjoyed my last few Tang Band projects and I want to make a monitor using a 3" TB to cover about the 400-20kz range, and then an 8" to cover the area below that. I havn't tried anything in the F-series yet, what is the story on those? How do they differ? My last speaker was a center channel using 2 of the 3" with the neodymium magnet, and I absolutely LOVE the sound. They sound so natural, and extend to the upper frequencies with ease.

Anyone used these F-series, namely the FM69P801-N?

I would go for the

These are by far the best 3" Nuera has on sale.
As I have tested them all.The 805W is a plastic frame as is the other FA 3" drivers.
Just ask to get matching frames from the cases. As I know there is a few colour frames in the cases at Nuera.
I believe they were a purple colour ,silver, black, blue grey colour I believe.

And series.Yes just did the Super ELF with one that is the 871S and the 319S1.
Along with a 2way using the CSS 6" driver and the 871S.

I got the Tang Bands from Parts Express. I purchaced these before I read about the W3-871. My next set will probably be a 1.5 way with the 871 and a woofer. Still havent picked the woofer. Maybe the Vifa P22WP-01 8" woofer from the Mackie HR824 active monitor. Apex Jr has these for about $28

And I'm still wating on the SuperELF.
