been reading a lot over the past day or 2 about building a home projector and i have 2 questions:
1) anyone try and use one of those smaller LCD's like a 5" or 7" instead of the 15" computer ones?..i just figure it would be cheaper...
2)And for the light would this work...it says it gives off white lite..the assebly you can get off a $14 lamp and the bulbs are like $5, last a while (4000 hours) and ive seen 300W bulbs like this give off close to 6000 Lumens (just need fans to overcome the heating issues halogens bring) wouldn't that kick A$$ anyone try??
