As far as I know, the only reliable source no ebay is zhoufang, he was a seller here no diyaudio and then moved to ebay. He sells 50x 2sk170 for about 23usd with free shipping.
You also have fetaudio, and some members here selling real ones.

But why are 2SK170 and 2SJ74 so expensive and hard to find?
