anyone know how to ????

well i was skimming through the partsexpress catalog
and saw a circut i would like to build just as a practice circut


it was a wattage meter in a sort

it used led's alligned verticaly
and with each one that lights up represents a guestamate on the wattage

kinda old scool spectrum analyzer style

anyone got an idea on what i would need and need to know to do one of these?

I think it would be a good idea to gohere, download the datasheet and have a look how stuff like that works. You can be somewhat sure that that chip is the one used in the circuit you have seen.
