Anyone know anything about this THD Analyzer kit?

I found the enclosure in the picture but no other info.
Anybody know anything about it?
Was evidently a kit that was never completed.

after finding a small clue, i was able to do a search in a Radio Electronics magazine archive. I found a link to a pdf of the magazine issue that contained the original article: Radio Electronics Dec 1991 issue starting on page 47.
