More importantly, has anyone heard this? The blurb doesn't seem to say what it really is. Is it just a dac that can do 32 bit / 192 Khz and a device to upsample standard CD data to 32/192 and play it back ( apart from original 32/192 recordings). How many studios work with 32/192 files ? Must be HDD based as far as I can see. Doesn't seem to be an add on to a PC.

I don't even get what it's supposed to do? How did you guess that it is a DAC? I'm thinking that it's a computer with special software.
I just can't trust that website or that guy. Especially the product information -> drivers (HP), and how the company doesn't seem to do anything specific.
EDIT: Okay, after digging the website a little I conclude this is those kind of spam website which purpose is just to waste space on the internet.

Looking at that blue box in the picture I just assumed that it contains some hardware and possibly a DAC !😕
It didn't look like a full fledged computer to me. Like you say "might be" some processor/hardware and dedicated software.
Well I did waste time searching for more info but didn't look at their other 'products'. You seem to have checked that.
