You don't need caracteristics curves for this substituition. Curves, in an old amp which have NFB and/or when employed in common emiter, is of less importance.
Is near to impossible find a equivalent (new) germanium transistor.
It's a 30V 3A 90W TO-3 (auto-radio?)
Use something about MJ2955, MJ15016 or MJ4502, MJ15004, 2N5884, etc... and modify acordingly the bias voltage. after all, check with oscilloscope for some HF oscillation.
