Anyone have info for a BGW 6000 Proline?

I need to identify a couple resistors on this BGW 6000 Proline that I bought as a fixer-upper. I have another one that is all original and working, but it's installed somewhere a couple hours away.

Witch resistors? Do you have the manual? The schematic and BOM are in the back

I can't find a manual anywhere. Not even BGW has info on this model anymore :-(

There is a 1/4w resistor visible in the photo near the left end of the board. The only one that is made of blue epoxy. it appears to be non-original, and is 130 ohms. The other channel has a 100 ohm resistor in the same spot, and I'm not sure which is the right value.

Some time in the past, the ground trace from the left input jack had been completely vaporized clear across the board, and was patched with wire. With most signal sources, it works fine. But when I plugged it into the line out jack on my computer, it burned the ground trace in that. I can't find any backfed voltage on the input, nor between the chassis and input grounds, So I'm not sure what the deal is with that.
