Anyone have a schematic of a modsquad phonodrive

I have a 1988 issue 2, rev A version of the phonodrive. There is an intermittent problem on one channel. Pressing near C49 can affect this problem. Additionally I would like to add the LVs Denoiser circuit to the LM317/337 regulator circuits. Any help?
