Anyone been able to reset their password on the Audiokarma site?

I have been trying to login at Audiokarma for a while and none of my password/username comboes work.

As a last resort i have tried to reset my password, but a random question
"The characters "LP" describe what kind of record?" stops every attempt.

I have tried:

Vinyl record
Analog record
Long play record
Vinyl
Analog
Long play

And every time i get
"The answer given for the random question was incorrect"

Have anyone succeded in answering this? or did they have to reregister?
