Anybody used Getshow plate amps?

hey, by chance can you send me the software? i have 2 plate amps from these people and they don’t want to send me the software because i’m not the dealer of the amp in my country. PSA the dealer which i bought it from doesn’t want to send me the software.

hey, I have a macbook and it's not downloading. is it only accessible to windows? also what type of rs485 connector I need?

no luck using the unarchiver

on their webpage when you click on the DL links ,they disappear, looks like a coding error on their part.
i tried with different browsers and same thing.
the DL links just snap flicker and disappear
