Anybody have crossover schematic?

Anybody have a schematic or know hwo to build an active crossover that will split my input frequency so i have a low end for my sub amp and a high end for the midrange and tweeter?

awesome,I'm using a lm324 quad op and package with each channel having it's own op amp chip,i'm assuming this will work. Is there any way to make a single pot adjust the frequency?
