Okay, I think it's going to be these drivers:
Wavecor WF152BD04
Wavecor TW030WA07 (no ferrofluid)

I might do a RS150S-08, but I'm not sure.
Might sound a little better to me than WF152.
But the WF152 looks much nicer to me and has really nice T/S specs.

BTW, the 15WU Illuminator is really illuminating, but RS150 is no slouch either.
Has less than 10g mms.

I think Troels might be right the Illuminator really has accurate low SPL capability. Which is crazy because it has very accurate high SPL capability.
But sensativity with 15WU, 8 ohm is very poor.

The way I think of SS woofers is they perform well in extremes.
The 15W is very wideband driver and high excursion.
the WU seriers is wideband FR and wide intensity range with low distortion.

I actually like WU distortion profile on zaph webpage better, in a sense.
I noticed the cheaper the driver not only high distortion, but more peaks and valleys. Makes sense you don't want peaks and valleys in distortion either.

But I like 15W and 18W ferrite mag better, but basket not as strong as it could be. Sliced cone might not be the best idea in the world.
I'm not even sure slicing pizza is such a good idea.

Tweeter distortion around 2-3k @ 90db is way lower than a woofer's.
So upper distortion of woofer is a bit over-rated, especially in a 2-way.
Much more important to pay attention to low end.
That's why Eton sounds great in 2-way, but looks bad in distortion graphs, if you don't know what you're looking at.
Eton looks like a budget driver if you ignore the cone.
