Any NEw LCD monitor hacks?????

I think we all here have heard about The NEC and I-O data monitor hack, But to my knowledge they both are not available in stores anymore. So, I wanted to know if anyone has experamented with any of the low end 15" LCD monitors ( envision KDS etc)? IF Not Im gonna go out within the month and probbably just see if I can find one thats hackable, OH BTW have any of you heard any predictions on price drops for LCD monitors etc? I know I heard about a month ago that Plasma TV's should drop by about half By this next dec/ Jan. talk to U all later

the nec 1545v is widely available on ebay

I dont see a point in getting a new one and paying for a warranty when you are just going to rip it apart
