Besides ian, i can't find many here who actually have made it.
Classical Jordan DCR - E J Jordan Designs
The way i see it is it is 2 x 5" drivers per box, under over, not 1 as baffle step.
A pair of tang band w5-2143 could be a less expensive clone.
I assume the vertical dispersion of a 10-12" (sit down only) but horizontal dispersion of a 5".
So, ideally sit more than 10' away ?

Probably. It's a little unfortunate they used the DCR term as it can cause confusion with what is normally described as a DCR enclosure. Either way, there's nothing particularly unique involved, it's just a vented box with two drivers run wide open that happens to have a shallow form-factor, so you can do variations as desired.
I have a pair of similar speakers made by Jordan-Watts, late 60s early 70s. They still sound good for their age, unlike me.

Those drivers are just to expensive for what they are in my (and many others) oppinion. But they are not bad. That box is also nothing special, but it probally sounds rather good if the designer did his work right...
Certainly expensive if you use two, I don't see the point of that, it would be better to use a separate woofer if the idea is more bass.
I'm not sure how it would sound in a 15' x 30' room sitting 15-20' away.
less than 10' and combing could be tough to sit at the exact spot, don't even slouch.
