I have always wondered....
if you could use the artograph projector optics but not use the light inside of it...
like....
put a fluorex behind the LCD and just use the optics... i wonder if you could get an image...
if you could do me a favor... try that out in a REALLY dark room with the LCD's backlight and see if you get anything?

alright it should be coming in next week so i'll keep you updated if your email is in your profile. i've been thikin about the optics too i hear they are VERY power and it also has HIGH quality reflectors ..so it basicaly has all the requirements for a DIY projector.
