Sure can understand both parties here.
All I can say is that they were a customer of mine years ago and never caused me any trouble.
Surely they would be out of business if they pulled stunts like that?
I think they're around for over 20 years now.

Whenever I bought some stuff from them ,they sent me through the same routine as you even though they had 30 days credit with us.
Maybe we could check amongst the members if anyone lives near
Toulouse if it makes you feel more comfortable?
