Any good LCD projection panels?

Hi all,
Anyone knows a good place to find LCD projection panels? I was interested in one in http://www.diylabs.org , but the guys who runs the page does not seem to check his mail, as I asked him a couple of questions and din't got an answer...

If anyone knows a place (Besides Ebay) where I could buy a decent one, please tell me!

Hate to tell you, but unless someone on these forums will sell you one eBay is really the only place these things are available anymore.

I'm always looking in goodwill i don't know what they in Colombia
thats like that but any surplus palce or auction of office or school stuff might have some panels......???

Not really... In electronics stores they don't even know what projection panels are (They're like "Hmmm... no, but I can sell you a great projector for US$4000!"). And schools or offices, no luch either... Schools either don't have them, or have expensive projectors (Here there's a lot of difference between a private and a public school. Privates usually have A LOT of money so they buy projectors, public schools wouldn't be able to buy a 13 inch TV...).

I personally did not knew what a projection panel was until couple of weeks ago when I found this site, I think it's probably that because they don't produce them any more, and when they produced them was some time ago, they never got down here, so here I can only buy either LCD monitors (Really expensive here), or expensive projectors...

Anyway, thanks really, this forum is a great place!
