I sent them a message to see if their ECW536 woofer was still being manufactured as it's on their website yet no one seems to sell it but no one ever got back to me.

Keep in mind that emails are not an absolute form of communication that is guaranteed to connect with a real person in both directions.
Their system could have routed it weirdly. Your email service could have dumped the reply rather than delivering it because it thought it was spam. The big 'free' email services tend to block a large amount of emails that they don't even bother putting in the spam folder; they just outright don't deliver it.
Or it could even be human error where someone read it and was going to look into it and get back to you but the email got marked as completed by mistake.
Unless they send you a reply that says F-off I wouldn't assume they don't give a ****.
