yep
I read the whole thing. O guess I just should have said this:
I read the first post and noticed that nobody answered the questions about the production of units to test brightness in an arbitrary unit... hopefully with the ability to convert that unit into ansi lumens. Would people be willing to buy one of things? how much would they be willing to spend?
what do ya think?
Just looking for more info about the unit we would be creating itself... not the unit of the ANSI lumen, which, it seems, is what has been descussed here recently... thats all..
Sorry about that

wow no need to get upset dweil, the reson i said that is because i had some answers in that post to your questions, and it would be good if we had more input on that subject but it seems no one knows. They arent hard to build, all we need is just a common grond to go off of to calibrate it but i think the only way to do this is to calibrate it with a light meter.
