That board is bad . yea it may well work and make sound . the lm3886 is sensitive to layout. And will reward you for exra effort taken in a good pcb layout. i must admit yor pcb looks very symetrical but that sure wont make it sound good.

i don't have any grounding issues or any hum of any kind. Dc offset is within .02 V, chip is running cool. what more you expect from a PCB layout.
And i am not bothered by looks or symmetry, that is secondary, But its the byproduct what i got for making a technically good layout.

0.02 V is with my source connected. The amplifier isolated (with inputs grounded) gives 0.003 V.
it changes when the source is connected !

The source is my PC on-board sound card, if i use different environmental settings in my sound card, i noticed big change in output offset (0 to .1 V) . Plus the interconnect cable is around 1 meter long and it is close to mouse and power cables. And i have not kept any input cap 🙁
I am working to make a small lm1875 amp that i'll fit inside the PC cabinet and connec directly on sound card, just wait for 1-2 days 🙂

Hello kuldeep ji, aapne jo circuit ka pcb layout diya hai . kya wo theek work kar raha hai. mai ek diy amplifier banan chahta hoon. isse pahle maine ek website se pcb file lekar circuit banaya tha. but wo kuch theek kam nahin kar raha ya bilkul hi nahin kar raha. kyonki pin no 3 aur ground ko measure karne par 30v dc show kar raha hai.

Hello kuldeep Ji can you personally made this pcb and is this working. i like your pcb design bcoz i already make a pcb design from this link But my crcuit is not working, it is showing 30v dc between pin no 3 and power ground point. if i make a pcb according to your circuit will it working.
