The ballast is remote mounted in an old computer power supply case, keeps it small and less heat. 😀

The screen is the one form Cunck tire and not with a dvd player. Just composite in didn't think there was any need to play around with vga as te res just isn't high enough.

Materials.

1 - 175 watt halide 4200k with m57 ballast
2 - 3 page magnifyers from Staples. (could have done 2 with more space between light and freznels)
3 - 1 4" fan with 12v power supply
4 - Kwik Kopy lens (had on hand or i would have ordered)
5 - Aluminium sheet from Revy
6 - 1/2" MDF cut to spec

Total was around $320 without the lens. Hope that helps you guys out.

I don't have any info on the lens (couldn't find any. All i know is the focal length is approx 8.5" . That's all i know and i bought it with the Kwik Draw projector. Tha art store i bought it from ordered 2 more lenses for me just so i have a spare for $50 each.
