Always wondered why the F5s sounded so good -- I had (have) 4 of them, biamped (don't hurl a brick at me) with only about 1 meter between amp and xover.
Unfortunately the F5s are a bit tempermental with respect to tempco and have been substituted with an Arcam receiver.

Over at audioscience review there having the same discussion.
Some of these questions are flawed, you never need to incorporate the characteristic impedance explicitly in a simulation of a short transmission line. The R, L, C, G per unit length are all that is needed.
8) Why are you passing off a simulation that is obviously not incorporating properly, characteristic impedance in a transmission line, as a simulation of characteristic impedance in a transmission line circumstance.
