Just introduced.

I don't recall when they announced that part--must be a year back or more. Been available for several month.

As far as I know it's an entirely new process. They don't offer any graded parts anymore so offset and hFE mismatch is similar to that of the MAT02F. Noise seems to have improved according to my measurements.
