Just to clarify things, the "INS" location on a crimp tool is NOT for crimping insulated terminals. It is for crimping the sleeve of a terminal over the INSulation of the wire to provide a strain relief. Not many terminals have this crimpable sleeve; most are just plastic, but there are some with a thin metal sleeve under the plastic.
For the typical ring, spade and butt connectors, the forged tools sold by Klein, Panduit, T&B and others work very well.
