I am almost done building the R21 supply boards!
For a single channel/monoblock, I have an amp I am building that requires +/- 40VDC @1.5A quiescent. I will be using either 400VA or 500VA for each monoblock and with a rectifier board based on LT4320. According to my calculations it appears that a transformer with 32V secondaries would be appropriate with enough headroom for supply variation and mains variations.
Do you agree?

Yes, I agree.
With that load of 400-500 VA transformer and nominal 32V secondary voltage, expected voltage before regulators is about 42V – 43V max.
