I have been offered some F5 monoblocks that are very well made in nice cases
Any ideas how much I should offer foe these

Guestimate the cost of the parts.
Cases, Transformers, Jfets, other bits.
Offer that.

DIY versions on hifishark are usually between $400 and $1000. I don't know if they're selling for that or not, but it gives you an idea at least.

Can you take pictures.
The most expensive part of the amp is chassis and power supply.
At a guess without knowing what has been used $450 per monoblock ($900 total).
It could vary quite a bit depending on parts used.
