A few years back I had these guy rebuild an Accuphase amp for me, they responded to emails, offered suggested upgrades, and did an excellent job in just a couple of months.
Last winter I sent them a NAD PP2 for repair, I figured “no prob” they advertise that service on Ebay. I was wrong. I have found a 180 from the service I expected.
Now 6 months later I do not have my phono section and I can’t get a reply to any of my emails… I even went as far as to try to contact them through a listing they have on Ebay & their Etsy store!
Does anyone know if they are still in business? If so does anyone know why they turned into such flakes?
