Amplifier schematics for ECW20N20 and ECW20P20

@Ultima Thule
No, i dont said it, please just look my vssa project, firstly i builded with 20p20/20n20 and bias couldnt down under 350ma. But vssa works 185ma bias. After i bought 10n20/10p20 it worked good about bias. Maybe this problem only for vssa amp. I dont know. So i have little doubt to use double dies on hitachi or other lateral mosfet applications

there is a problem with the bias components or the amp was oscillating.
according to the graphs both types need approx 1.2v across bias cct for approx 100/200mA

Vssa is nice amplifier i listen to it some times…also fixed bias problem with 10n20 and 10p20

Unfortunately I have no SPICE models for these transistors.

But ECF20N20/ECF20P20 also have double die, but in T-O3.
For those I have SPICE.

Should it be possible to use these models for ECW20N20/ECW20P20?
Are they similar in parameters?

ECW vs ECF. AFAIK they are the same die in different packages.

Excellent ECW and ECX models by IanH & keantoken were posted many times in different threads related to designs with laterals, so you should easily find them.
I have those IanHegglun models.
But my Multisim can not use them.
I have tried several ways.
For the first there no 'VDMOS' in Multisim. Only NMOS and PMOS

But I can and will use ECF20N20/ECF20P20 models.
According to datasheet the parameters are very close to ECW20N20/ECW20P20
