amplifier gain

I'm building a mos power amp, it runs at +-70V dc. The gain of the amplifier is 100 and so with about ( 0.2v line level) input i get only 20v output. What is the best solution :
- rise the gain of the amplifier ( may be problem of oscillation ... ??)
- Add a input amplifier before the power amplifier ?

May I ask, what is your source that it just gives 0.2V out?

i put 0.2v since i think it is "line level" output voltage (cd player, mp3 portable player) ... isn't it ?
