Hello,

first of: He shipped fast and packing was good (some bubble wrap+plastic cover to protect the cone). So the drivers did not get damaged during shipping.

But unfortunately, one driver arrived with a scratch. Now Alex claims I scratched it and since I did not take a video while unpacking I can not prove anything.

Alex on the other had said the following via PM:

I shipped loads of drivers over the years and always photograph them just before I package them so I have proof of shipping for insurance
So I asked him to upload the picture, to resolve this issue and he uploaded a picture. The problem: The picture does not show the drivers he send me. Mine has a glue stain (from the factory) were the cone is glued to the surround. Take a look:Pasteboard - Uploaded Image

Furthermore the serial number of the surround is a little bit more counterclockwise (closer to the right mounting hole) on his picture. Here is mine: Pasteboard - Uploaded Image
So in my opinion it is very clear, that his picture does not show my drivers.

I was friendly the whole time and asked him to please upload the right picture, which he refuses to do. This whole thing could have been taken care of within three minutes by just uploading the right picture. Instead he decided to PM back and forth. Now why would he refuse to upload the right picture (or just upload the two other pictures of the pairs he sold)? You be the judge.....
