I bought this amplifier as broken. It powers up, does not draw current and does not go into protect. Relay clicks but there is no audio. All outputs and PS FETs seem to be fine. Rail voltages (+56V and -56V) are present on output transistors.
I suspect that the driver for outputs has failed but what that chip is I do not know. Numbers have been filed off. Next to it there is op amp which has voltages near rail voltage on every pin. Maybe its missing ground or it is blown? There is no rail to rail oscillation on outputs. Picture added of what I found on outputs.
Anyone know what the driver chip is? Any advice on troubleshooting?
BTW, where is Perry?

Amp is Ampire MB 1000.1
I believe that there is some goo on the U101 which makes it seem to be cracked. Will check it.
IR2010 seems to be right. 1st and 8th leg connected to outputs. That is what I have.
Thanks.
An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

Replaced U101, U102 and U103 still now audio, now I get a loud bump from speaker when amp is shutting down.
Outputs are not shorted, power supply is working properly, amp does not draw excessive current.
Any advice?
