Must be a way to do it isn't there? Like driving amplifying the analog sygnal or something? Maybe cooling the monitor very well will enable amping them?

Actually i just want to know if there is an ideal temperature in which LCD panels operate...Or if it's the colder the better?

Read spec sheets...
Do some looking around...you need to understand how LCD's work. My panel is rated to a MAX of 40 to 50 degrees C... MIN of 0 degrees C. Pretty wide range eh? As long as my panel remains in this range it will opperate to it's capacity. Voltage requirements are MUCH more stringent...allowing VERY little room for variations.
