I have a Ampeg SVT5 Pro on the bench . it comes on OK . but will not pass signal. It took a strike so it took out some componets which i have replaced. 1 1n9141 D6 and Ic1A and IC2A. both TO-72s. I have signal up when it gets to overdrive board which is test point 11 , but on test point 11 , it reads 13 volts dc then you have to push in the gate button and the DMM should go 0 . instead it reads 34 volts . I have replaced Q4 and Q5 to no avail. if any techs outhere are fimilure with this amp please let me know. Thanks one and all.

I am suspicious of your meter. The op amps driving TP11 run on +/-15v, so I have trouble thinking where 34v could come from. Is the meter set to DC volts? Also, try reversing the meter leads, does it now read -34v or does it measure zero?
