Ampeg STV-7 Pro no switching on

I have a Ampeg Svt 7 on the bench.. The fault cause by power failler. I replaced the IGBT and the IC Sg3525 respectively. Also replace the diode D60. Went to replaced U2 ICICE2A165D1P8... Measuring around the unit.. I find no other short circuit component. Any one with experience with the The Ampeg any assistance is welcome
