Yes, that's fine, but the tubes are kind of close to the power transformer. Take a look at these.

Think about it, what is the relationship between a flat one and a vertical one? Is that not going to be 90 degrees?
I might worry about the preamp tubes being next to the power transformer, but thousands of guitar amps have their power tubes next to the power transformer without issue.
