I have a radio wich delivers excellent sound, even though low power (7 watt per channel) . So, I thought "why not to open it and discover why it gives such a NICE sound. Maybe I'll discover some extraordinary amp chip, or maybe a small tube(!!!)" .
And what did I found out??!!!!!
Uses : (the amp section)
TDA7266L as amp chip
10 electrolytics caps
1 IC 3pin (can't see letters)
1 transistor (can't see letters)
1 IC 4580D JRC 4024G (must be dake number)
1 Coil
10 SMD pieces on the coppes side of the PCB. These ones are so small tha I can't see anything on them!

Has anybody built an amp with TDA7266L?
Does it deliver such a great sound?
Maybe these extra components are just a preamp, or they are responsible for that quality in the sound?
