It's strange that removing this transistor broke the connection but the transistor isn't defective and the voltage feeding it isn't driving the transistor on.
Power the amp up including remote and measure the voltage on the pads of this transistor again.
If you have ~12.6v on the B+ terminals (as you did earlier), remove this transistor and check it out of the board. The resistance from 2-3 should read OL. Check it then reverse the probes and check it again.
Ok Perry I re-soldered,now i have 12.4 on 3,8.7 on 2 dropping pretty quickly,11.9 on 1.It came on,went off and now is cutting on and off slowly.Sorry Perry.
