Amp to power 2 12" Kicker L5's
I am looking for advice on an amp that will power 2 12" Kicker L5's. I am buying them online and they come in a box that's pre-wired. I am also wondering as these speakers take 600 watts to each sub if a mono block amp would be the best way to go? unsure here as i'm not sure on how to wire them. So in a nut shell what i'm asking is what kind of amp and what power rating should i be checking for the power ratings. I can have the speakers wired in 1 ohm, 2 ohm, or 4 ohm. I'm lost here as i usually just take my car into an audio shop and have them hook it up, but i would really like know how to have them hook it up so i get the most out of my subs. One last thing, if there's anyone that can explain wiring in parrallel to me i would be greatful as i've heard that's the best way to go. Can you run 2 subs off a single channel mono block amp? Anyways thanks for reading my ramblings and for any advice that can be given.
