Thank you, then I could use one mono amp for the subwoofer and other for the 2-way speakers.there is no problem at all ... but it would be better to add a preamp/op amp buffer stage to prevent excessive loading if many modules to be used ... in this case is just fine
Yeah, took your advice, thank you! That works, and that's what I was suggesting, using an external BT receiver instead of getting an amp with BT on it.
I tried to ignore it 😡, is there anyway around it? change something on-board?Yes and it also shows the noise/beep and talk of the BT part.

Yes, buying a different receiver. No, really, that's a real problem and now imagine if you have to deal with select an amp fitting your needs and it also shut up on the BT part and having AptX HD.
I don't know a receiver which doesn't make any noise but if you find one that connects reliably in the same time, you could use a muting circuit with a delay to unmute.

in fact not all bluetooth module have this power on annoying speech" the bluetooth device is ready to pair" ... my bluetooth module i used instead when turn on it will blinking when ready to pair and steady light when paired

Which one do you have? And can it use AptX HD?
this one ... it does have bluetooth function ... when turn on it will flash meaning ready for pairing and steady light when successful paired ...
this is my diy boombox with a TPA 3116D2 inside ... unfortunately like many people did this module too suffer from loud turn on transient

So not an alternative then, unfortunately. Thank you for posting!
With a boom box I try not to put the controls and plugs on the top side because in sunlight you can't see the LEDs or display and dust, sand etc can easily fall into the plugs and it's really annoying to swap USB or a SD-card plugs (if possible at all).

ok welcome ... by the way is there anyway to eliminate the annoying turn on transient for the TPA3116D2 module? or is a known problem for this chip? thanks

@ICG mentioned a muting circuit with a delay, would love to have the schematics for it!
I don't have one at hand right now. There are tons of these out there. Look for NE555 timer instead of mute circuits but there are also others with just a FET, capacitor, 2 resistors and/or with a pot.
