I have a skar amp here and the only issue I see is the rca jacks are broken. I will need to replace them .
My question is How much should I charge for something like this ?
I have a price in mind but didn’t wanna seek myself short since it seems I work on a lot of amps and never really seem to make much money at it . Im not looking to get rich off this but also don’t wanna go broke by fixing them with my time and money invested into repairing them .

You didn't give any information on the amp so that limits the reply.
You have to realize that some people are unreasonable. If you do anything to the amp (internally), they will expect you to fully warranty the amp if it fails when reinstalled.
I used to do this on simple amps for about $35-60 but I would likely punt the job for large amps unless I knew that the owner knew what he was doing when reinstalling it.
Sometimes, techs require that the owner provide a receipt for installation if the amp fails but the owners will simply pay for a shop to install it (after the owner destroys it) because that's cheaper than it would be to repair.
