The BD140 would replace the 1266 as a power supply driver.
An 8-pin 4558 could be used in place of the 9 pin version. The pin configuration is displaced on the 9 pin version (pin 9 on the 9-pin is pin 8 on the 8-pin version). If pin 1 is used on the 9 pin version, you'll have to jump from pad 9 to pad 1 on the board.
