I would like to incorporate this meter in to my dual chip per channel LM4780 amp. On the front panel.

It is rated for 5 volts but tracks up to 20 amperes.
My transformer is rated ar 22 volts 400VA.
What do I need to look for or will a 5v rating work?
I was also considering this one as a second choice!

With one of these meters, I will measure Amps and with an identical VU meter, I will measure Voltage. Its mostly just for visual effects!

If you mean amps and volts of output signal, you will get nothing but a jumble on a digital display without some track and hold averageing circuitry. (Just clip an ac volts multimeter across your speaker leads to see what I mean)
If you mean you will monitor your power supply, the current will be a mess (just like above) and the voltage will be pretty boring, depending on how stiff your supply is.
