amp conversions

Hi
I,ve played guitar for 30 years, mostly crap guitars through crap
amps. One of those crappies is an early Teisco 30 w solid state.
Can it be converted to a 30 w tube amp. If so has any member tacked something like this before. I'm a "fledgling" DIYER so be gentle. with the jargon and schematics.
Love to hear from ya.

The short answer is no.

The longer answer answer is:

The circutry is changed because you want to change from sand to vacuum.

The output transformers (if present) are Low voltage-high current
The tube transformers are high voltage - low current. Primary reactance for a tube output transformer is anywhere fron 4k to 10k ohms, depending on the output tubes

The power supply is Low voltage-high current. Probably 35V at 3 a or so, verses a tube power supply of 300V at 150 mA to use round numbers.

The only thing left is the chassis.

Understand that I am talking generalities.
I personally think that starting from scratch would be easier.

Good Luck
